Madeira Contabilidade is an independent editorial site: guides, calculators, an accountant directory, tax-rule updates. Not an OCC-certified accounting firm. Not a tax advisor.

2. Use of the site

• You may use the calculators, read guides, and browse the directory freely.
• You may not scrape, republish without attribution, or use content commercially without our permission.
• You may NOT use the site to facilitate tax evasion or any activity that violates AT/OCC/Portuguese law.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your tax decisions. Our content is informational. For any action, confirm with an OCC-certified accountant.

4. Directory inclusion

Accountants: you can request free listing. We verify OCC certification and firm consent before publishing. Removal on request honoured within 7 days. Featured placement is a paid tier (pricing on /editorial-policy).

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, we disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on the site. Tax codes change; calculators are estimates.

6. Governing law

Portuguese law. Disputes resolved in the courts of Funchal.
