Summary

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the site: email (if you subscribe), form submissions (if you contact us), and analytics (Google Analytics 4) with consent. We do not sell your data. We are GDPR compliant. This policy explains the detail.

Data we collect

• Email: When you subscribe to lead-magnet PDFs or the tax-update newsletter. Submissions are routed through Web3Forms (our form provider) and delivered to our inbox. Never sold or shared.
• Form submissions: If you contact us (general enquiry, directory listing request, correction notice) we keep the submission for support purposes.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with consent-mode default denied. We capture aggregate page views, calculator starts + completions, email signups. No PII beyond what Google anonymizes.
• Cookies: Essential cookies for site function. Analytics cookies only after consent via the cookie banner.

What we do NOT collect

• Tax ID numbers (NIF) — our calculators are client-only, nothing is sent to a server.
• Actual income figures — the calculators run in your browser; we never see the numbers you enter.
• Crypto wallet addresses or holdings.

Third parties

• Google Analytics 4 (analytics, consent-gated).
• Cloudflare Pages (hosting + CDN).
• Web3Forms (form submissions delivery).
• Accounting firms listed in the directory (when you contact them directly via the buttons on their profile — the contact is a direct channel between you and the firm).

Your GDPR rights

Retention

Email list entries retained while you're subscribed; unsubscribe removes you immediately. Form submissions retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

We update this policy as practices change. Major changes will be communicated via the site and our newsletter.
